Licenses and Memberships
Our Lady of Grace Nursery School and Kindergarten fully complies with the educational regulations of the Diocese of Bridgeport. Of equal importance, Our Lady of Grace meets all of the legal and operational requirements of a Child Day-Care Center operating in the State of Connecticut and is fully licensed by the State of Connecticut. Our Lady of Grace maintains its membership in the Southern Fairfield County Association for the Education of Young Children (SFAEYC), the Child Care Association of Stamford and the United Way of Stamford.
Dress Code
Our Lady of Grace School has implemented a Dress Code for our students in order to create an atmosphere of uniformity and parity among the children. Children must wear the school uniform everyday.
Girls
White round neck (peter pan) collar blouse
Navy classroom pullover jumper
or Uniform navy skirt
White or Navy tights or knee socks
Boys
Navy uniform pants (shorts for hotter months)
Navy crew cardigan sweater (optional)
Navy v-neck sweater (optional)
White button down shirt (polos for hotter months)
