Preparations are underway for our annual spring fundraiser, and we would like to share the details with you and ask for your help!
As we have in previous years, we will have two events on the same weekend; the first will be an evening event for adults to view and bid on items in our silent auction on Saturday, March 23rd, from 6-8 pm in the OLOG gym. The second will take place the following day as a family dinner at the Stamford Marriott Hotel. The children will perform, and we will have dancing and fun for all ages, as well as a raffle, mystery prizes, and more!
It is through the success of our annual fundraising efforts that Our Lady of Grace School is able to maintain our school’s facilities and support ever-increasing, everyday operating expenses while keeping the tuition rates among the lowest in the community and providing the highest-quality education and learning experience for our children.
Auction donations and sponsorships are vital to the success of these events. We are asking every family to help solicit businesses for contributions toward our spring fundraising effort. WE NEED YOUR HELP, so please get involved! Come to the HSA meetings and/or contact any of the chairpersons to find out how you can participate.
Palm Sunday Online Auction
Saturday, March 23rd
The Silent, Online Auction will be open for a week prior to Palm Sunday and will close on Saturday, March 23rd.
All parents and benefactors of Our Lady of Grace Preschool & Kindergarten are invited to attend a reception in the Our Lady of Grace gymnasium for the final hours and closing of the silent auction, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Saturday, March 23rd.
Palm Sunday Family Meal
at the Stamford Marriott Hotel - Sunday, March 24th
The Palm Sunday Family Dinner will be held on Sunday, March 24th, 2024 at the Stamford Marriott Hotel.
All current students and their families are invited to come share a meal, and the children will be performing several songs for our enjoyment. There will also be a DJ and dance floor for dancing, and a giant raffle with dozens of terrific prizes to win.
As we all prepare for this year's Palm Sunday Family Dinner, please keep the following in mind:
It is through the success of our fundraising efforts that Our Lady of Grace School is able to do the following...
Maintain our school's facilities and grounds and support ever-increasing, everyday operating expenses
Help to provide our children with advanced curriculum, enrichment and experiential programs
Contribute to the construction of a brand-new, state-of-the-art gymnasium for our children
Ultimately, the funds raised at the Palm Sunday Family Dinner enable the Sisters to continue to keep the tuition to OLOG at one of the lowest costs in the community, while still providing the highest-quality education and learning experience for our children.
