We are delighted that you are considering Our Lady of Grace for your child’s very first school experience. Choosing a preschool is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and we are honored each time parents entrust their little ones to us. Our admissions process is designed to help families experience our joyful classrooms, meet the Sisters, and see firsthand how we educate the mind, spirit, and heart.
Pre-K3 is our primary point of entry. Each year, we welcome a new class of three-year-olds who begin their journey with us.
Pre-K4 and Kindergarten (Traditional or Transitional) We rarely have openings in Pre-K4 and Kindergarten, as most spaces are filled by continuing OLOG students. Families interested in these levels are always welcome and encouraged to inquire about availability.
Attend Our Open House
Our Open House is the best way to experience Our Lady of Grace. We warmly invite — and strongly encourage — parents to attend with their prospective student. Siblings are also welcome! During the Open House, families meet the Sisters and teachers, explore classrooms, and join activities that let us observe not only your child but also your family’s dynamic. We consider this step an important part of the application process.
👉 If you are unable to attend, please contact us to arrange an individual visit.
Submit an Application
Following the Open House, families are invited to complete and submit the application form along with required documents. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement in our program.
Admissions Review
Because we receive more applications than spaces available, admission is not guaranteed. Every application is reviewed carefully, taking into account many factors, including space availability, the child’s readiness, and family ties to Our Lady of Grace (such as alumni and supporter connections).
Notification of Decision
All families are notified of admissions decisions, whether accepted, placed on a waitlist, or not offered a spot.
Enrollment & Next Steps
Accepted families will receive details about tuition, forms, and preparing for the first day of school. Our staff is here to support you every step of the way.
It allows your child to get comfortable in our joyful, nurturing environment.
Families see firsthand the Sisters’ presence and what makes Our Lady of Grace unique.
Teachers and Sisters can gently observe your child’s interactions and personality in a natural setting.
It gives us the chance to know your family better, because at Our Lady of Grace, families are as much a part of the community as children.
We can’t wait to meet your family!
