We are honored that you are considering Our Lady of Grace for your child’s first school experience. Our admissions process is designed to be personal, welcoming, and straightforward — helping you feel confident at every step.
Our Open House is the heart of our admissions process. We warmly invite families to attend with their prospective student (siblings are also welcome!). During the Open House, you’ll:
Tour our classrooms and facilities.
Meet the Sisters and teachers.
Experience our joyful, nurturing environment.
Participate in activities that allow us to gently observe your child and family dynamic.
👉 Because this visit is so important, we strongly encourage families to attend. If you cannot join us on the scheduled date, please contact us to arrange a private visit.
After attending an Open House, families are invited to complete our application form and submit all required documents. Our staff will provide clear instructions and assist you if you have any questions along the way.
Primary entry point: Pre-K3.
Other entry points: Limited openings may be available in Pre-K4 and Kindergarten (Traditional or Transitional) depending on space. Families are welcome to inquire.
Applications are reviewed carefully and thoughtfully. Because we receive more applicants than spaces available, admission is not guaranteed. Factors considered include:
Space availability.
Child’s readiness for school.
Family, alumni, and supporter ties to Our Lady of Grace.
Every applicant family receives a decision. You will be notified if your child is:
Accepted into the program.
Placed on a waitlist for possible openings.
Not offered a spot for this year.
We know that choosing your child’s first school is a big step, and we are committed to communicating openly and promptly with every family.
Accepted families will receive details about:
Tuition and fees.
Required forms and health records.
Orientation and preparation for the first day of school.
Our staff is here to walk you through every detail, making the transition to school smooth and joyful.
